Download elephant.flv note this will be linked using realtive path so will have to be in the same location as the swf and fla
Create a new flash fla file and then save it as elephant.fla.
From the top menu select Window and select the component from the options.
From the components panel drag the flv playback component to the stage.
Then in the properties panel open the parameters and change the source to elephant.flv. Change the width and hight to 400x300.
Control / test movie to see the video play.
You can change the navigation elements and other properties in the parameters panel.
